2000 Taylor vintage port

Post by Rune EG »

Decanted 9 hrs. Medium dark red with a hint of brown colour. Deep complex (but still fresh) fantastic vintage port aroma. Full body. Elegant, full of fruit, powerful tannnins in a nice way. Medium length aftertaste. Impression of drinking a vintage port that was 25-30 years old, not 14 years. 93 pts.

have a few of those, glad you brought it up... should give them a try.
not planning on sitting on them for 20 years to get them to perfection.
