Pop and pour...very informally tasted. Dense and viscous purple, proverbial squid ink--a lush fruit bomb awaits. Smells of blackberries and a little dusty. To me the Crasto's have a grassy/rhubarb profile and this was typical. Blackberry and cassis, a bit tannic. Nicely structured; good mouthfeel with above typical viscosity. Was really impressed given the pop and pour scenario on how well this showed. Given the tannic nature these should age well. Must get more! My score reflects how it tasted, but with better handling maybe another point.

I generally like their LBV's so good to hear the positive note on this one.
