Bottled in 2011. Tea with a faint reddish center. Starts out very soft and just when the sweetness factor starts to gain traction lots of acidity pops up and gives it fantastic balance. Toffee, orange zest, and caramel are the first flavors to take off then on the back palate the dried nuts kick into high gear. The transitions are noticeable but seamless and added to the depth of the experience. A wonderful Colheita.
