1931 Quinta do Noval Vintage Port -- black bottle

Post by Don Cornutt »

The 31 Noval is so dark toffee rich. Coffee notes and a core of delicate herbal complexity that seems to go on forever. There is no heat.
This is the best port that I have experienced when you take in all levels. This kind of power with grace is rare. This is a unique and wonderful experience.

Agree, when this Vintage Port is on its game, it is about as great as any Port you'll ever try. Amazingly fresh and youthful, including the color which fools many into thinking (if blind) that it appears a half century younger than its age.
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com
