Porto Rocha Three Centuries

Color: Medium tawny/brown. Slightly cloudy.

Nose: Brown sugar, fig, meyer lemon, and very faint garam masala.

Palate: Some very ripe tangerine. Slightly bitter. Echoes of the nose, especially the brown sugar. Leaves a hollow impression, though, as if there's something significant missing.

Score: 92 points. I believe that I have scored this higher before, and in this case it may have been due to tasting is side-by-side with the 150th Anniversary Tawny.
