2003 Quinta do Portal LBV port

Decanted 2.5 hrs. A lot of sediments at decanting. This LBV is definitely benefitting from decanting. Deep dark red colour. Very pleasant aroma of berries and a touch of oak. Full body. Elegant (but not smooth) and powerful. Would prefer less acidity, but it is not unpleasant. Guess this one will benefit from further cellaring. Nice LBV. 92 pts.
