Bottled 2007. I've had this for a few years now and it's starting to get just a tad cloudy from some really fine sediment. There was a lot of vanilla and bourbon flavors from the wood on this, far more than the 1991 has. It has become the dominate feature and overshadows the semi dried fruit and nuts. There is also toffee and maple on the palate, which is just starting to lose that freshness it had when I first got these. This is starting to change from when I had this earlier. I would recommend drinking this bottling of it up in the very near future.
