2001 Quinta do Infantado LBV port

Bottled 2006. Decanted 1 hour. Deep dark red colour. Powerful deep aroma dominated by berries. Full body. Taste is also dominated by berries (although 14 years old it still has this “raw juice” style). Also a touch of oak in the taste. Medium length aftertaste. Could be that this LBV needs more time, both in cellar and in the decanter. But as it was the score is 86 pts.
