Bottled 2009. Served fridge cold after only 15 minutes decanting. Orange brown colour, clean transparent. Aroma of citrus, ginger, bitterness at the end. Full body. Smooth entry and a bit “fat” in style. Taste of apricot, herbs, citrus, wood, tiny bit alcohol, some bitterness towards the end. Medium length aftertaste. This one has improved after four years in the cellar. 92 pts.
