1963 Fonseca Vintage Port

Post by John Vachon »

Last one a year ago-different bottling.

Nose:small-shows age

Body: deep-full

Taste:tannic-deep

Aftertaste: medium

18-/20

For the vintage almost v. good .

Did a vertical 63 Fonseca tasting once-six different bottlings-a great and interesting tasting.

Wow only thru the first glass and my opinion has gone from 19-/20 to 18+/20 then 18-/20 now to

17-/20. A second glass? [beg.gif]
