Bottled 2015. Maple brown sugar and blood oranges dominate the nose. This Port has a healthy dose of acidity, which was lacking in the 1996 Colheita. No shortage of toffee, dried nuts, orange peel, and fully resolved tannins. I really liked the fact this didn't have any dead spots as it transitioned from the palate to the moderately long finish. A very nice younger Colheita that I look forward to trying again some years down the road, if they kept some for future bottlings that is.
