2000 Kopke Vintage Port

Some recent discussions about drinking windows and 2000 VPs prompted me to open this, a 500 ml bottle from a producer more known for colheitas than VP. And the verdict? Ignore those who say to drink up. Save this one for at least five more years, and ten or more will probably be fine. There was plenty of primary fruit, enough tannins to go longer, and nice flavors suggesting this will develop more. Sorry I don't have more details, but I saw this picture on my phone from a few weeks ago and felt I should still get the warning out.
