Red brown transparent. Looks like a 10 year old tawny.
Smell of preserved fruit mainly plums and strawberries. Pretty jammy and some animalistic notes as well. (Douro Bake)
Full body with a smooth texture and crisp acidity with grapefruit and raspberries. Fruit is fairly integrated at this point and some alcohol heat. Decent after taste. This is not the most complex or best Vesuvio but a nice port from the inaugural year of being under the Symington ownership.
