Bottled in 2016
Nose: Shortbread, caramel, toffee, peanut brittle. Reminds me of walking through a bourbon rick-house.
Palate: Rich and thick on the palate. Full of caramel, dark fruit, maple syrup. A touch of oak. Acid is well balanced, but could be just a hair stronger.
Finish: Sweet and lingering with a touch of dryness.
Quite elegant, wish I had a few more bottles. 93 points.
