Port limericks ... must be your own ... wanna play?

Please keep them clean and suitable for all readers. Thanks!

Here is mine, originally penned in 2005:

Apres reds to sweet wines I resort
I can't help that they're usually Port
Half bottles need not apply
Mags are much more fun to try
Come hither Stilton and chocolate torte

Ok, not the greatest. Let's see whatcha got. Get creative and have fun!

Somebody has to be first.

Some say that all port must be red.
Like a law passed by Congress, they said.
If a port bigot saw,
Someone breaking this law,
That white port could cost him his head.

Maybe it's better after you drink that glass of port.

Cheap ruby I drink fast

Colheita I want more
Cheap ruby my tongue sore

Douro red get the wave
Cheap ruby, to be shave
Living the dream and now working for a Port company

When I come back from the night shift ,
I look forward to my 3 yr olds smile
But when he leaves for a daycare of sort ,
It's my turn to smile
For It's my turn to enjoy some Port . . .
Vintage avant jeunesse/or the other way around . . .
