As I figured the PP area would naturally be the place for offline discussions, that has not really materialized as such.
So, what do you think of the Virtual Tasting Room Forum becoming:

I think the VT forum would be cluttered by combining it with another forum. Since I'm assuming the PP forum has virtually no maintenance needed, how about just leaving it. I know it isn't widely used, but you can't get rid of the Factory House I would rather just have an "Offline Forum" by itself, that would make it easier for all to find out what is happening around their area in the way of tasting and groups meeting up.

As we are very close to finalizing the new PORTraits area, (coming soon to a theater near you) we will have an amazing photo repository. So if we are not going to combine Offlines with VTR Forum, I'll have to consider if it is worthy of opening an entirely new Forum which will get very little use overall.
Andy, don't worry ... the PP area is not going away in the foreseeable future.

That's a good point Roy, I forgot about that fact that such a beast (PORTraits) was coming, although I know you have mentioned it previously. In that case, perhaps we can all agree on a format for postings on offlines if they are going to go into the VT Forum, perhaps a subject line of: OFFLINE: <Location>, <Date> or something of the likes.
A couple of examples:
OFFLINE: Edmonton, AB, Canada; Potential Date Nov. 16, 2007
or
OFFLINE: Seattle, WA, USA; Confirmed Date Dec 26, 2007
