A fine week on FTLOP

Post by Roy Hersh »

With the additional push of CellarTracker, our new sign ups topped nearly 60 new additions to the website this week. It is nice to see some new names on the site, but every bit as nice to see some old friends come back to visit us.

Derek Turnbull, Nicos Neocleous and Alan Considine from the UK, along with Monique from the Netherlands are amongst those that dropped in on the Forum recently. wonderful to see all of them again! Even "Uncle Tom" Archer added his words of wisdom as well. I had hoped he'd have stayed long enough to post on some of the wines/Ports we had when we met near his home at a great pub he enjoys outside of Cambridge. I enjoyed seeing one of the wonderful areas outside of London. Thanks again Tom!

Still a lot of lurkers out there, although we've seen a couple of examples where recent posters came from the ranks of lurkers to add their interesting points of view. Hopefully we'll have some more who will get brave.
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com

We don't bite . . . at least not until you have reached your 100th post or declare your love for Port and peanut butter !! ( which ever comes first . )
Vintage avant jeunesse/or the other way around . . .
