Perhaps we should invite him to the Cockburn tasting in London?

Thats a lot of drinking and obviously he's an alcoholic to get to that level and still be standing. It happens from time to time, as years ago i remember arresting a guy that blew just over 0.4% BAC. The guy was up walking and talking like normal. Turns out he drank 2+ full bottles of vodka a day just to get himself to "feeling normal."

I've seen someone over 0.6 in the ER at Charity Hosp, New Orleans. He could still follow a conversation. These individuals have developed tolerance over time and probably have a baseline well over 0.2. Anything under that and they start going into withdrawl. When hospitalized, I've had to put such individuals on an ethanol drip to keep them from going into DT's.

I bet this guy is not too picky on the line-up vintages being presented on any given evening.
