[SOLVED] Can't Access Tasting Notes

Post by Scott Anaya »

I have tried the recommendation of logging off, clearing cookies, and logging back on but I still cannot access tasting notes. I renewed my subscription a while back well before my expiration deadline if recall correctly.

Scott,

If you could submit a Help Ticket I'd appreciate it. That allows Stewart to get to it faster and track the problem so it can be resolved in a timely mannor. You can access the Help Desk from the main page (left side column) or here

Thanks

Scott,

I know this is probably not the case, but the TN section can be accessed from two different areas. The only one that is designed to actually take you to the section is in a small area down the site map a ways, where it says FTLOP PARTNERS. If you click on the TN section there ... you should get right in. Please let us know if that works for you.

If not, definitely do put in a HELP DESK ticket for Stewart.
