The irony is that I live just across the river in New Jersey, just purchase ten bottles of various vinho verde and only one of my bottles was listed in their list of ten.

It is very interesting to see that 5 of the 10 wines (!) mentioned in the article are from producers that are not located in the Vinho Verde region: Vidigal, Niepoort, JM Fonseca, Boradbent and João Portugal Ramos. Seems like everyone is trying to cash in on the Vinho Verde trend!

Surprising they didn't feature Casal Garcia. In my mind it has become the standard for Vinho Verde!
