Very bright, acidic, with a touch of heat. An interesting contrast to the Coche, this really shines as it melts into spicy food, though it lacks the substance for sipping on its own. (91 pts.)

Agreed until your last phrase. I think that this has what it takes to be a sipper too, especially by this summer when served cooler. But Friday night, I saved mine until later in the night and it had morphed quite a bit and was far more open for business at that time.
