Popped and poured and no formal note taken. This seems to have leaned out and this bottle was showing kinda sharp and metalic. Then again it may have been my palate having an off day as usually when I get the metallic issue, it's with me not the bottle. Regardless, this doesn't seem to have the grip it once did and while still nice I"m not sure longer cellaring will help or hurt it.
