I posted a tasting note February 2012 and gave it 91 pts at that time. Now 2.5 years later it has proven to age very well, and now giving it 94 pts.
Decanted 2.5 hrs. Deep dark red colour. Fresh, deep aroma of berries well integrated with wood, and then something smoked. Full body. Powerful and elegant. Taste of berries, minerals, oak and an acceptable dryness. Really pleasant tannins. Well structured Douro red. 94 pts.

Very nice to hear! I have quite a bit of this. I guess it's finally time for me to open and try one.
Thanks!
