Our hot and humid weather has returned so I was craving a nice chilled white. This has seemingly put on a lot of weight since I last recall having it. It's a very heavy palate feel with glycerin, citrus, a creamy texture, and acidity popping out on the back end of the palate and on the finish to keep that initial heaviness from becoming overwhelming. This should age for a bit longer if so inclined, but it drinks well now so why wait.
