    A competent effort, and quite easily identifiable as Riesling, however, this was very fruity and a bit on the simple side. While I would have liked as bit more acid and a streak of minerality, this was enjoyable and relatively inexpensive. Very much like a nice, simple Mosel Qba. (86 pts.)

I've enjoyed these but agree they are a bit simple. I prefer his Tiara.
