Decanted 1.5 hours prior to tasting. A very simple linear wine that is devoid of character, body, and complexity. Very industrial, as in it could be any $3 wine from any region of the world, except it was $18 and from the Douro. Considering the vast amount of land holding RCV has to make decent wines, I am shocked by how poor this wine is. Drinkable, yes, but worth nowhere near the asking price.
