Similar to my TASTING NOTE HERE though this bottle showed more cherry fruit and more tannins that were outpacing the fruit. This is what would be considered an "old school" Douro wine, compared to current versions. Though not as brash, I do love the earthy, mushroom, and chalkiness this possesses. In a good spot and time to drink up in the next year or two.
