Their Altano Branco is quite nice. Unfortunately it isn't exported to the States.

The first white wine grape I think of in Portugal is Loureiro. I assume that is grown in the Douro as well?

Of the six grapes mentioned in the article, the only one I've tried as a single varietal is Arinto, by Prova Regia from the Bucelas region. Lots of lemon, I remember. Pretty inexpensive. Good summer wine. Fun to try.
