Very light straw in color. 15% aged oak, 85% in stainless steel. Subtle nose with some light tropical fruit, but the oak-aged 15% really eliminates the minerality that was present on the nose of the “classic” version of this wine. Creamy texture, well integrated flavor profile that evolves on the palate. Some peach and lychee notes on the palate as well. 92 points.
