TN: 2007 Niepoort Batuta Douro red

Decanted 5 hrs. Deep dark red colour. Aroma of oak, berries, minerals and actually hint of urea. Full body. Powerful, fruity taste and a lot of minerals/terroir. Strong tannins in a nice way. Well structured. A big demanding wine. Even more decanting time could be useful. 93 pts.
