Limited decanting (0.5 - 1.0 hr). Deep dark red with a tiny light rim. Aroma was very much Douro with a superb combination of berries, minerals and oak. Full body. Elegant and powerful. Taste is dominated by a very nice combination of berries and minerals.Well structured and well balanced. Especially the balance acidity/sweetness was impressive. Long aftertaste. Wow, so young Douro red and being presented in such thorough quality. Wonder how this will be with some years in the cellar. 95 pts.
