Dinner at LBV restaurant Pinhao May 2016.
Decanted 0.5 - 1.0 during consumption. Deep dark red with a tiny light rim. Powerful aroma of berries and minerals, some oak and touch of tobacco. Full body. Powerful where the minerals are dominant at start, but from the middle part the berries are coming on. Very dry throughout the experience. Well balanced acidity/sweetness and well structured. Needs 3-5 hrs decanting time and many years in the cellar. As it was that day I give 91 pts.
