TN: 2003 Quinta do Crasto Vinha da Ponte Douro red

Decanted 7 hrs. Dark red colour with purple and brown touch. Deep pleasant aroma of oak, minerals and berries. Full body. Well balanced acidity/sweetness, powerful and elegant. Oak is dominated at first, but then the elegance is coming on. A bit dry towards the end. Very long aftertaste. Showing a bit older than its age. 93 pts.
