1967 Presidential (Dalva) Colheita Port

Post by Rune EG »

Bottled 2014 (= 53 years old!). 2 hrs decanting. Aroma of alcohol, minerals, wood and mint. Full body. Taste is elegant, powerful, showing plenty of minerals and citrus (especially orange), burnt wood, quite sharp towards the end. Too much alcohol on the nose. Long aftertaste. 92 pts.

Seems like a nice bottle, I've got a bottle of the same port (also bottled in 2014). I'm curious if it will have the heat and sharpness as well.
