Popped and Poured
Color is an appropriate light gold.
Nose is fruity with oranges and marzipan, with a pastry element of a hint of raw dough and a bit of lanolin.
Palate is soft and fruit forward, with the marzipan and orange jam moving things along, and the lanolin giving a peripheral flavor and mouthfeel. This is a very attractive (and mixable) basic white, showing its best with a substantial chill, around 50F.
