Brunheda Codecais Lodge Tonel 3 Very Old Tawny Port

Post by Stewart T. »

  • Brunheda Codecais Lodge Tonel 3 Very Old Tawny Port - Portugal, Douro (7/24/2021)
Vanilla, mahogany, and a touch of VA on the nose. Intense orange spice and caramel notes with pronounced acidity on the palate. The finish shows notes of Creme Brule and orange spice and well-balanced acidity. Very long finish. (94 pts.)

This was a Very Old Tawny Port, not a Douro wine.

Good catch. Looks like the parsing script put it in the wrong forum.

That's probably the fault of CellarTracker, as the "Douro" in the name is probably what's triggering its placement in this forum.

The full name should be:

Quinta da Brunheda Very Old Tawny Port Codeçais Warehouse Tonel #3

(or Armazém de Codeçais if you prefer it in Portuguese)
