Old vines. The color has some garnet working, as it is a lighter red with a hint of brown at the rim. Nice light aromas that suggest a wine 10-20 years old. There is also some chemical character in the aroma, along with esteva, cheery, strawberry, and even a hint of mustiness like that found in a wood closet. There is sharp acidity and some strong fruit consistent with the young age, but not of this is overwhelming; so overall very nice. Drink now and soon, but it could last a while as well. 92 points.
