I recently acquired a 6-pack of these, but I think I'm going to hang onto them for a while. They may be in a bit of a down period at the moment. See the discussion in this thread.

Coming back home from Madeira, I transited in Porto. I had one slot left in the shipper. Went to the duty free and got a 1974 Barros Colheita.

I ordered that Graham’s 94 exclusively because of that thread haha - and I already have a Graham’s 94 LBV waiting for shipment from the same place. I don’t know if I’ll be able to hold onto them for long, I’m very curious to compare the two.

6- Quevedo 10 yr tawny
2- 2016 Quevedo LBV

And some Quevedo dry wines too. Nakedwines.com has a nice selection. Have to subscribe but as long as there’s some good Portuguese wines there, why not.

Whoa. That's seems like an incredibly rare find.

I was monitoring that one for a few weeks, but wasn't sure I wanted a magnum I wouldn't open for a while. I'm glad it went to a good home, was tremendous deal. According to Roy's forecast, there is only 48 of them! Awesome pickup.

Yes, it was hard to pass up at that price. I see a magnum dinner in my (distant) future.

12x 375ml 2017 Graham’s VP

I’ve been wanting to buy a case of half bottles of a recent vintage of *something* and I have a soft spot for Graham’s (it was the first port house I visited). Couldn’t pass it up.

Both near Fall River, MA.
Both pretty popular brands in that locale. I like the Pacheca portfolio. Great stuff and well priced. [yahoo.gif]

I love the Pacheca 20 so the 30 year was an easy one to buy to try.

Pacheca is popular in the mom and pop stores vs. the big guys. Give their dry wines a try too!
