Purchased at the quinta September 2021. 14 % alc. Consisting of the following grapes: Touriga Nacional 65 %, Tinta Roriz 30 % and 5 % Touriga Franca. Decanted 4 hrs. Hardly any sediments, which is unusual at the age of 14 yrs. Deep violet colour, notes of black fruit. Subdued nice aroma of fruit and some wood. Medium to full body. Powerful and extremely elegant. Well-structured and also having good acidity/sweetness-balance. Wood, minerals.
Very little “noise”, but not boring. Long aftertaste. 92 pts.
