    This is an unfiltered cask sample, bottled this morning. There are caramel, orange spices, and wood notes on the nose. The acidity is very balanced and accompanies some fascinating notes of cherry, sweet caramel, and breadfruits on the palate. It has a rich mouthfeel and a great long finish. (93 pts.)
