    This is an unfiltered cask sample, bottled this morning. There are cinnamon apple pie notes on the nose, complemented by caramel and light Christmas spices. A wonderfully smooth entry leads to dusty fruits and caramelized orange peel on the palate, showcasing fantastic complexity and balance. (95 pts.)
