+2.5 hours decanting at 55 degrees-- lots of alcohol on the nose. Lots of fruit and a hint of cocoa on the palate. The alcohol is still standing out a bit.
+4 hours -- alcohol fully integrated, smooth tannins, plums, tobacco and cocoa. A bit thin but drinking very nicely.
+5 hours -- more full bodied. It is starting to kick ass.
This is best in the 4.5 hour plus range. I would be curious to see how how it performs the next day, but in the 375ml format I find that I have drank it all
