1983 Dow's VP
I have just stood this up for planned serving in a week. Please share your tasting notes.
David,
This is a solid bottle of VP, although I don't think it really needs a week of standing to be able to be opened, but there is certainly nothing wrong with that.
You are going to find a solid Vintage Port in the Dow 1983 and it is still showing youthful and delicious at nearly 25 years old. Not much in the way of secondary characteristics yet, but it is well balanced and easy to enjoy, that is for certain.
We look forward to your TN after consumption.
Welcome to the FTLOP and we hope you will enjoy your time visiting here.

Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com
