Very nice dark color with no signs of fading. Good nose of berries, eucalyptus, tobacco, blackberry, cherry, tannins and solid acidity, and a long finish. Interesting becuase its very subtle on the palate and very enjoyable to drink at this stage but clearly has the stuffing to last a long time.
1-1/2 hours later this just exploded and came alive into a big beast. I intially gave it 94+ points, then rescored it after the second tasting later and gave it 95+ points.
