1908 Graham's Vintage Port

Post by SEAN C. »

The 1908 Graham was a cloudy pink and plum color in the glass and fairly dark for it's age. The nose was of sugar, toffee, raspberries, and pineapple.. very fresh and sweet smelling. It was soft and smooth on the palate and tasted strongly of raspberries and grapes with floral undertones. The 100 year old Graham tasted more like it was a Port from the 1960's and still had quite a bit of life left in it with a slightly spicy finish that lasted for over 20 seconds. A superb bottle from a house that rarely disappoints!
