1994 Cockburn Vintage Port
I chose a young port this evening . Upon opening a beautiful aroma of sweet sugar cookie dough with a distinct pleasant nose of molasses, ripe blueberry jam. No heat even when opened and tasted. Nice balance big mouthfeel and long finish. I will give it several hours but this is a fine port now.

Agreed, a hidden gem and one of the first solid ones (although some of their 1983s deliver too) every bit as good as the 1977.
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com

Re: 1994 Cockburn
Thanks for the note! It's good to hear that there is another great 1994 out there.
