New Site is Launched!
Thank you all for your patience as we've completely redesigned the fortheloveofport.com website!
There are a lot of new features (and we are finishing up a "few" more big ones in the next few days),
:type:
so explore the site and
Let us know of any errors / issues by either:
Posting a note in the Website Forum
or
Submitting a helpdesk ticket (now at the top right of the website home page)
Roy and I look forward to hearing all of our feedback!
Thanks again for your patience during the ''down" time!

Richard,
Have no fear the TN section will be back. That is one thing that is still being integrated and will be back shortly. Again, sorry about any inconvenience it may have caused.

Richard,
I am not sure why you are not seeing my TNs in the database. My only thought is that on the homepage have a look at the "log-in" area there. Do you see your name? If not, please do log in. Then go to the top ribbon and find the drag down menu titled: SUBSCRIBERS. The 2nd item down is Roy's Tasting Notes. I hope this helps you to get into the data base and thanks for the kind words. Stewart and I have spent months on this project and he has helped to bring a truly great website to all FTLOPers and deserves a ton of credit for this!

Big congratulations for the work!! I especially love the new design with options to fit larger resolution screen, no more white stripes Alleluyha
I'll try to upload a few pictures to fill up the DB, unless Roy I can send them to you and you batch upload them, is that possible?

Hi Frederick -
You can actually upload a .zip file containing multiple images, as long as the .zip isn't bigger than 2 MB. The system will unzip the file and then present the individual images for you to categorize.

Re: New Site is Launched!
Roy, Your tasting notesw are there but not the community notes. The Port Basics forum section says they are coming soon but they are not available now.

Re: New Site is Launched!
Correct - the community tasting notes database are not up yet - I'd doing the last few pieces of configuration and it should be up soon.

Dear Roy and Stewart,
At last, after a lot of work, you have managed to have a clean faco for the lovers of Port. I really like this new layout. Modern, full off live and yet really sober, as Port can and sould be.~
Congratulations on this great job. Well done one more time.

To all,
Our sincere thanks for the kind kudos. And to our friends in Portugal, we hope we've done the wines of your country (or at least a website dedicated to them), proud.
Cheers!
