1963 Warre's Vintage Port

The Army & Navy store's bottling of 1963 Warre was highly enjoyable. After 90 minutes of decanting there was still a heavy nose of alcohol. The Port was somewhat delicate in the glass and was light ruby in color. On the palate there was tons of fresh fruit, primarily strawberry with a mildly tart, lychee tasting finish lasting at least 17 seconds.
