Does anyone know of an easy to use tool that will resize photos in bulk?
The photos that come out of my camera are 3072 x 2304 (typically 3-4 Mb), and PORTraits will only allow 2 Mb uploads. Which means that in order to upload the pictures I take, I have to manually resize every one of them using something like Microsoft Office Picture Manager. That's fine for the odd picture here and there, but for an event like last weekend it's a bit of a pain to have to re-size 40-50 pictures.
I don't have PhotoShop, so that's not an option.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager is great for this. All you have to do is select all of the thumbnails simultaneously and then make the edit to one picture and save all.

Well that was easy... provided you start the program on its own and not by clicking on "Edit" while browsing through your pictures using Microsoft Picture Viewer. The program seems to have different options depending on how you start it, and I normally open it the wrong way.
Anyway... 35 more pictures uploaded to PORTraits!
Now I just have to get my TNs organized so I can post those, too, but that will have to be a task for later.

Not trivial to use, but a most useful and versatile program. Has plugins for raw formats too.
