Lovely honey, butter, dried yellow fruits and nut flavors. Good acidity, length and balance. Lingers nicely on the palate. No overt spirit. Gets better with extended decanting. Delicious. (93)

Dried citrus, nuts and honey. Medium to light bodied, with a snappy, edgy finish. A whiff of old wooden barrels detracted slightly, but this was lovely overall. Waiting to see how it fares the next day. Not surprisingly, this did indeed improve on the second day, taking on flavors of butterscotch and fine cognac. 93 points
